After I got a Master degree in economics at University of Texas at Austin, I have studied public administration at SPEA. My research areas are in Organizational Behaviors and Theories, HRM, Performance Management in Public Management in addition to policy analysis and evaluation and public health as well as applied statistics and quantitative analyses. My current research concerns are on causal effects of employee empowerment on organizational outcomes such as performance, job satisfaction and turnover intention using PSM, Growth curve model, and panel data analyses.
